the html here is a client-rendered dashboard; raw markup is an empty shell. the canonical representation is the data feed itself, not this page. the public read api is not live yet — the page source (index.html) documents the planned contracts (`/network/kpis`, `/businesses`, `/opportunities`, `/signal`, and a public SSE `/events` stream). when it ships, this file will point at it directly.
